Our Story
Vital Infusions & Concierge Nursing, PLLC was founded by Cynthia Vasquez, RN, a registered nurse with more than 28 years of nursing experience in hospital, home health, case management, infusion therapy, and skilled nursing care. Through years of caring for patients across different healthcare settings, Cynthia recognized the need for a more personal and coordinated approach to care at home—particularly for patients requiring specialty infusion therapy and skilled nursing services. Vital Infusions & Concierge Nursing was created to help bridge that gap by providing experienced, individualized nursing care in the comfort of the patient’s home. We work closely with physicians, pharmacies, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and help support a safe transition from the clinical setting to home.
Today, we serve patients throughout Austin and surrounding communities, providing physician-ordered infusion therapy, vascular access care, lab draws, patient and caregiver education, and other skilled nursing services with an emphasis on clinical excellence, communication, compassion, and personal attention.

When a physician order is required, we provide care according to the prescribed treatment plan and coordinate with the physician, pharmacy, and other members of the healthcare team as appropriate.
Direct Physician Coordination
We coordinate with physicians, pharmacies, case managers, and other members of the healthcare team to help support safe, well-organized care in the home.
